Tony & Vinnie’s Italian Bakery & Deli may look, smell, and taste like an authentic Italian bakery, but there’s a unique story behind it. Owned and operated by the Calle family—who immigrated from Ecuador in 1994—this Rockaway staple was built on hard work, family unity, and a deep love for baking. After years of dedicated work, Alonso and Olimpia Calle purchased the bakery in 2012, transforming it into a family-run business where each member has a role, from the early morning baking to the front counter.

Today, the bakery continues to thrive thanks to the Calle family’s dedication, keeping traditions alive and welcoming customers with homemade, fresh flavors each day.
